Vancouver’s Rodan Jewellers are a local institution when it comes to fine jewellery.
Since 1976 they have been designing beautiful, custom engagement rings and wedding bands telling the unique stories of their customers. In fact, they do this so well their Google Reviews are nearly impeccable.
The family run business’ commitment to quality, customer care and craftsmanship is clearly shown when you visit their Main Street location, but they felt their website did not match their in-store experience.
When they reached out to Hope Media House they wanted to ensure we could create a website that tells the story of Rodan.
They needed a website that did more than just display products. They wanted a platform that would capture the uniqueness of their craft and help customers meet their perfect ring.
We created an interactive “Design Your Dream Ring” form, allowing customers to start their custom design journey online. It helped Rodan’s team get information about the upcoming project before a client came to the store, saving them time to focus on their craft.
We also built a showcase for their ready-to-wear products, complete with filters. To further tell their story, we added sections on their history and craftsmanship and a blog to share jewellery care tips and customer love stories.
Understanding the importance of discoverability, we optimized the site for SEO, ensuring potential customers could easily find them when searching for custom engagement rings and wedding bands.
