We developed an online store on Shopify+ allowing for improved online sales capabilities. A Dealer portal was also created for high-volume purchasers, dealers and businesses.
Specific Services Provided Included:
Development of a B2B Wholesale Platform – Providing variable price lists, product availability, net payment terms and shipping options on a per client basis.
B2B Rollout Campaign – Onboarding of wholesale clients to their unique Wholesale channel.
Dropshipping Capabilities – Allowing for Wholesale clients to dropship products from Baden Canada directly to end clients.
CRM Implementation – Integration of a CRM to segment Baden’s nationwide client-base, creating automation sequences for standard communication processes, development of lead scoring, deal records and sales funnels.
