Lifespan Medical
Building a Private Preventative Health Clinic from the Ground Up
Lifespan Medical partnered with Hope Media House at launch, needing a complete digital foundation to bring their vision for preventative healthcare to market. From brand collateral and website design to patient acquisition campaigns and CRM implementation, we helped Lifespan grow from an idea into a thriving private clinic with hundreds of patients.

Objective
When Lifespan Medical prepared to open its private preventative health clinic in North Vancouver, they needed more than just a website — they needed a complete launch strategy.
Their objectives were to:
- Build a professional, credible brand presence from day one
- Design and develop a website that educated prospective patients and captured leads effectively
- Create marketing collateral, both digital and physical, to support launch campaigns
- Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy combining search, social, and content that could quickly scale, attract patients, and establish Lifespan as a leader in preventative healthcare
- Develop a patient screening and onboarding process to streamline intake
- Implement a lead management system (CRM) to track inquiries and support long-term growth
- Run Google and Meta campaigns, along with organic social, to drive awareness and acquire patients at scale

Results
Hope Media House delivered the complete digital foundation Lifespan Medical needed to launch as a modern healthcare brand. We built a brand identity and website that established credibility, supported by patient-friendly onboarding systems and marketing collateral designed to inspire confidence.
To drive growth, we created and executed a multi-channel strategy. Organic social content, educational webinars, and collaborations with influential partners built authority and trust. Paid media across Google and Meta contributed significantly to patient acquisition and brand awareness, especially in the competitive Vancouver market.
